I offer clinical report review and, where appropriate, co-signing services to support psychologists preparing reports for NDIS applications.With the client's informed consent, the process involves a supervision-style consultation to review the case conceptualisation and formulation, consideration of the clinical information and evidence available, and review of the draft report. Where I am satisfied that the report is clinically appropriate and that I can take professional responsibility for the content, I may co-sign the final report as a Clinical Psychologist.The process typically includes:A consultation to discuss the client, presenting concerns and case formulationReview of the available clinical information and supporting evidenceDiscussion and review of the draft reportFeedback and recommendations where requiredCo-signing of the final report where appropriateFees start from $250, depending on the complexity and length of the report and the level of review required.Please note that co-signing is not automatic and is subject to appropriate clinical review.
